The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins, whether by email, proposal or invoice.

Quotes & Payments

All quotes are provided based on the information you share with us and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work starts, with the balance due on agreed milestones or completion. Late payments may result in project work being paused until the account is settled.

Project Timelines

We provide estimated timelines for every project based on its scope and complexity. Timelines depend on receiving the information, content and feedback we need from you on schedule. Delays caused by late client responses, content, or approvals may extend the original delivery date.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, images, logos or access needed to complete your project. You are responsible for ensuring that any material you supply, including text and images, does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Revisions & Changes

Every project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, confirmed in your proposal or quote. Requests that fall outside the original scope, or additional rounds beyond what was agreed, may be treated as new work and quoted separately before processing.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sirius Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise. Any tools, code libraries or frameworks we use to build your project remain subject to their respective licenses.

Third-Party Services

Some projects rely on third-party platforms, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, Google Ads, or Meta Ads. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or costs charged directly by these third parties, though we will always advise you on the best options available.

Limitation of Liability

Sirius Digital will deliver work to the highest professional standard, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales figures, rankings, or ad performance, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may request to cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, and you will be invoiced for any work already completed at the point of cancellation. Refunds for ongoing services, such as monthly marketing retainers, apply only to future periods not yet delivered.

Privacy

Any personal or business information you share with us is used only to deliver and manage your project, and is never sold to third parties. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure throughout our working relationship.
